Our commitment

Guests should know who receives their money, what they are buying and exactly what happens if plans change—before they pay.

01 / Named seller

Know who is
responsible

The legal event organizer and contracting ticket seller, including address and customer-support details, will be identified at checkout and in the purchase terms.

02 / Itemized package

No vague
inclusions

Each product will list the dates, access level, accommodation, occupancy, transfers, food and experiences included—and clearly identify exclusions and additional fees.

03 / Payment handling

Traceable
transactions

Payments will be handled through an established payment and ticketing provider. The final framework for holding and releasing customer funds will be disclosed before sales open.

04 / Cancellation

Written
outcomes

Final terms will define what constitutes cancellation, postponement or a material change, who is entitled to a refund and which separately purchased costs are outside the organizer's responsibility.

05 / Refund timing

A defined
process

Refund methods, request channels and processing timelines will be written into the purchase terms. These final legally reviewed terms will replace this preliminary statement.

06 / Buyer decision

Time to
review

Package details and purchase terms will be available before checkout. Guests should also consider suitable travel insurance for flights, personal circumstances and other independently booked costs.

NO PAYMENT
WITHOUT TERMS.

Ticket sales will not open until final organizer details, package inclusions, payment handling and cancellation/refund terms are published. This page states the intended standard; it is not yet a ticket-sale contract.
